Delivery and Shipping - PureFoods
We ship products within India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way for safe & fast delivery.
Shipping Charges for Delivery In India:
- A minimal shipping charge of Rs.50 will be applicable to all orders under Rs.500
- For all the purchases of order value of Rs.500 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost.
- Cash on Delivery is also available
GENERAL:
- Products will be shipped to an address provided by you, so long as such address is complete. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
- We take no responsibility for order of goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
- PureFoods shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
- If the order is lost or un-delivered to your location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.
- Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Change of Address for Delivery:
- You can change your order's shipping address before we've shipped it by writing us at support@purefoods.org
Dispatch Policy:
- We understand you are eagerly waiting for order to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines are between 1-2 working days from the date of order getting placed.
- Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-6 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India.
- Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider's end may sometime cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.
